FREE shipping criteria:
Canadian made items with the ”made in Canada” or “Printed in Canada” sticker, requires 75$ minimum spend for free shipping. For all other items NOT made in Canada, must be 75$ combined for free shipping.
example #1: 1 order contains ONLY items made in Canada and it’s equal or greater to 75$ before tax. You will be eligible for free shipping.
example 2: all items in your cart are made in our other location south of Canada (no made in Canada sticker) and are equal to or greater than 75$. You’ll qualify for free shipping shipping!!!
example 3: if you have only one item (less than 75$) made in Canada and one item made south of the border(less than 75$). You will be charged for two separate shipping charges.
we recommend you order from one or the other to be eligible for free shipping.
good to know thing:
our items are made through a few manufacturing partners. Which means some items may be shipped separately. This is due to different needs for products. Unfortunately we were not able to manufacture all items in our beautiful Canadian country!
Processing Time
Our payment processing is 1 day, production time is 3-6 days depending on time and location manufacturers.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days within Canada. It can take up to 10 business days for United States packages depending on customs.
(PLEASE NOTE: FemEnerG cannot be held accountable for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages or any import fees/taxes. The customer is responsible for any import fees associated with thier order.

Address Change
We cannot 🚫 make address changes after purchase. Please double-check your address prior to submitting your order. Orders cannot be canceled.
If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Please make sure your address is correct.
What happens if your package gets returned to FemEnerG.
If your package gets returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Please make sure to regularly check the tracking number. Shipping careers do NOT offer refunds for returned packages. They consider the job done, since they transported the package all the way there AND back.
