Shipping policy

Our payment processing is 1 day, production time is 3-6 days (most items are made to order in Quebec Canada! We thank you for your patience).

Production time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days within Canada. It can take up to 10 business days for United States packages depending on customs. .(PLEASE NOTE:At this moment we do not sell outside Canada and the United States. Please note we cannot be held accountable for shipping delays and lost or stolen packages.

We cannot make address changes after purchase. Please double-check your address prior to submitting your order. You will have to cancel your order within 48 hrs of purchase and resubmit your order again with the correct address.

If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Please make sure your address is correct.
